So says Mario Morino, an influential philanthropist and author whose book, "Leap of Reason" seeks to change the culture of philanthropy and the non-profit organizations it supports. Technology can enhance learning in schools, but can it enhance cheating, too? What are schools doing to make sure students are turning in their own work? And in a time when test scores are used to measure the effectiveness of educators, is the temptation too great for schools to fudge the rules?
