Trumpeter Nicholas Payton joined the program. Drummer Kendrick Scott lead a band called Oracle, and found time to run his own independent recording label. And the master of the beat, Al Foster, spoke openly about his best friend and former boss, Miles Davis. Bassist Drew Gress shared some digital music in a game of shuffle. Baba Israel rapped on the news, and we continued our inner quest of digital music therapy.
