More than 89 Ohioans have been sickened by salmonella linked to tainted peanut butter, but consumers may no longer be paying attention to the warnings. A food safety expert at Ohio State University says information that comes out about recalls tends to be complex and confusing. Neal Hooker is among the authors of a recent study that suggests changes be made to how information is disseminated. He spoke with ideastream®'s Eric Wellman.
