Allan Mallach is a senior fellow at the Brookings Institution and the author of Bringing Buildings Back. He's concerned that many U.S. cities, including some in northeast Ohio, won't spend the money wisely that they're due to receive from the federal housing bill. He spoke with ideastream®'s Eric Wellman.
