This week, we take a look at a study that's raised some eyebrows in our nation's most highly equipped trauma centers. Researchers looked at the cases of more than 200,000 patients who went to level 1 trauma centers. And what they found, in short, is that they're not all created equal. Doctor Charles Emerman joins ideastream®'s Eric Wellman to discuss these findings. He's Associate Chief of Staff at MetroHealth Medical center, which we should mention is a level 1 trauma center.
